Portable oral care
My name is Eva and I live in Brooklyn. I started Eva Brooklyn in October 2019 and since then the company has been growing pretty fast.
When I was a teenager, I had bleeding gums. Going to the dentist for a cleaning was a nightmare for me. The dentist would always tell me to brush my teeth at least twice a day. But I was terrible at brushing my teeth back then.
My problem was that brushing my teeth was a very boring task and I wasn’t good at it at all. I was always rushing and when my gums were bleeding it was a painful task. I learned that I needed an electric toothbrush that was functional, portable, and light so I could keep it in my bag to use on-the-go. That's how the idea of Eva Brooklyn sonic toothbrush came to life. A very comfortable electric toothbrush that’s easy to use, travel size, and fun with a minimal design.
Since I started using EB toothbrush I find it easier to brush my teeth 3 times a day, I have one at the office and another one in my bag. It has a vented cap which keeps it clean whether inside of a bag or in a drawer.
Some people might think being travel-sized means reduced power, but to the contrary the EB sonic toothbrush performs at 24,000 strokes per minute which provides very powerful brushing without damaging tooth enamel.
For perfect oral care, always use floss. We offer organic and biodegradable floss, that’s easy to use and carry. The perfect portable oral care!
Our toothbrush is being carried by a growing number of dentists across the country and we keep adding more clients every single day!
As a conscientious local business, we know that we have a responsibility to the environment, which is why our EB packaging is made of cardboard and is 100% recyclable. We also offer organic and biodegradable products like bamboo floss and bamboo manual toothbrushes which are plastic-free.
We know that we still have a long way to go before we can claim a 100% sustainable brand, but we are working hard every day, trying to walk that path, and get to that goal as quickly as possible!
